Having built homes on the coast, he can assist you with firsthand knowledge on Construction as well as purchase and refinance loans. Forty years a coastsider, he is active in local church, children's athletic and civic programs.

Dick has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, and established REFSI 30 years ago. He is proficient in all areas of finance and has earned the respect of the Real Estate community. A Rotarian for over 25 years he is past president of his Rotary Club, served 8 years as Planning Commissioner and Chairman for 3 of them, member of his church Finance Board, and is very active in community organizations and activities. Has served in both U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.
He has conducted financing workshops and seminars and is frequently hired as a consultant.

LISA has been a resident of the San Francisco Bay area since 1976. She came to Real Estate Funding Service in 2001 after spending a number of years learning Title and escrow with North American Title Co.
As Lisa has extensive experience in bookkeeping and retail customer service she is invaluable as a processor and Underwriter.

PATRICK was raised in the San Francisco bay area but has been a San Diego resident for the past 12 years.
He is an alumni of San Diego State University and came to us with a background in sales and marketing and is proficient in all areas of real estate finance.
